MaxiTransfers Secures $100 million in Debt Financing
Irving, TX – September 15, 2022 – MaxiTransfers, a money service business that has been serving the Latin American community in the U.Ssince the early 2000’s, announced a refinancing of its existing debt facilities and an expansion of credit facility facilities to support growth.
The company partnered with a syndicate of banks, led by Wells Fargo, to close a $40.0 million term loan, and a $60.0 million revolving credit facility. Housatonic Partners, a growth-oriented private equity fund focused on investing in recurring revenue services companies, remains the majority shareholder in MaxiTransfers.

ZircoDATA Refinances Bank Debt, Pays Special Distribution, and Secures Additional Funding Capacity
