Housatonic Sells HemaSource to Graham Partners

Boston - July 24, 2014 - Housatonic Partners, a private equity firm with over $1 billion in capital under management, announced today that HemaSource Holdings, LLC has been acquired by Graham Partners, a Philadelphia-based private investment firm. Headquartered in West Jordan, Utah, HemaSource is a leading distributor of medical disposable products to plasma and other blood therapies markets. Housatonic originally invested in HemaSource in 2010. Financial terms were not disclosed.
