Housatonic was co-founded in 1994 by Will Thorndike, Michael Jackson, and Eliot Wadsworth (Michael and Eliot remain Special Limited Partners). Originally based in Boston, Housatonic opened an office in San Francisco in 1998 and has been bi-coastal since. From inception, we have sought to invest in growing, profitable companies in the recurring business services, technology, and healthcare sectors and to partner with exceptional management teams.
