Sean McSweeney

Sean joined Housatonic in 2026 as an Operating Partner focused on leading proactive investment initiatives in healthcare technology-enabled services, with emphasis on self-funded health plan administration, payer analytics, and revenue cycle management. Prior to joining the firm, Sean founded and led multiple healthcare technology and TES businesses including Apache Health, an ML/AI analytics platform, and Voyant Health, a healthcare data interoperability SaaS company. Prior to that, Sean was CEO of Cobalt Health, a revenue cycle management business he co-founded and grew organically before its strategic acquisition.
