Chris Woltz

Chris joined Housatonic in 2024 as an Operating Partner focused on leading proactive investment initiatives in vertical application and compliance software and services. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was the CFO of Case IQ, a PE-backed provider of incident reporting and case management solution in the GRC space where he led a variety of financial and operational functions and initiatives. Previously, Chris was the COO at Efficient Hire, a Housatonic portfolio company and leader in the hourly employee hiring and compliance space, where he led various functions and initiatives as well as the sale to Equifax in 2022. Earlier in his career, Chris held roles at Rubicon Technology Partners and UBS.

Chris holds a M.A. and B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
