Scott Tucker

In November 2007, Housatonic partnered with Scott and Jim Tucker to acquire Aircraft Fasteners Inc. (AFI), a distributor specializing in aircraft hardware for the aerospace and defense industry. As part of the transaction, Scott became the Company’s new CEO.  Housatonic worked actively with Scott in the negotiation and acquisition of Arlington International Aviation Products (AIAP).  Housatonic provided the equity capital to finance the AIAP acquisition which brought both businesses under the FDH name. This acquisition significantly increased the scale and strategic value of the combined entity.

In April 2017, FDH was acquired by Audax Group.
