Dennis Barnedt

In October 2016, Housatonic partnered with repeat Housatonic CEO Dennis Barnedt in acquiring the legacy Australian operations of Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM), an enterprise information management services company. The company now does business as ZircoDATA. Housatonic had backed Dennis in two previous companies – both in the records management space – Access Information Management and OASIS Group.

ZircoDATA has over 25 years of experience in delivering records and information management services to the Australian market. The Company is a dynamic and innovative provider of a comprehensive range of records storage, scanning, data capture and document management solutions. ZircoDATA serves over 1,500 clients from 18 facilities located across Australia. The Company’s complete suite of RIM solutions provides all businesses with a single source partner to address all records management, digital access, data protection and secure document destruction needs. ZircoDATA is based outside of Melbourne, Australia.
