Mark G. Hilderbrand

Mark is a Managing Director of Housatonic Partners with more than 30 years of experience in private equity. Since joining the firm in 2006, Mark has made numerous investments in software, technology, healthcare, and recurring services businesses across a variety of industry groups. His prior experience ranges broadly from early-stage investing as a General Partner at Onset Ventures, to leading recapitalizations and buyouts of technology-enabled businesses as a Vice President at Summit Partners. Earlier in Mark’s career, he worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, and as a fiber optics engineer at AT&T Network Operations Group.

Mark is currently Board Chair of AccuSourceHR, CellBio Scientific, e123 Insuretech, and Onrad; he serves as Director at Brainfuse, FIMC, Keeping Count, LQ Digital, and QMC International.

Education

Mark holds a B.S. from Boston University, an M.S. from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
